Dynamics has three Northern Virginia offices:  Herndon, Gainesville and Haymarket.  Hours vary at each location for your scheduling convenience.  When holding a current physician’s prescription, you have the right to schedule your physical therapy in any licensed practice. The state of Virginia has a Direct Access program where you can see a physical therapist for up to 60 consecutive business days without a prescription. Dynamics accepts all major health insurances, including: Anthem - BCBS Carefirst, Aetna, Medicare, United Health Care, Tricare, AARP, and Cigna.  We also work with several management companies in worker’s compensation cases as well as automobile accidents.
