Why Do You Need to Exercise in the Right Manner?

  • Cooling down provides your body with more time to remove the waste products from your muscles, resulting in a smoother transition to a resting state.
  • It prevents blood from pooling in the lower extremities, which can cause dizziness and even bouts of fainting in those who come to a sudden stop.
